Luxury Pop-Up Design in Dubai & the Middle East
Dune Studios designs luxury pop-ups, exhibitions and ephemeral retail environments — conceptual design first, then built space for brands that cannot afford to look ordinary. Founded by architects, the studio treats a three-week pop-up with the same rigour as a flagship: a strong spatial concept first, then photorealistic CGI visualisation, then technical documentation precise enough to build from anywhere in the GCC or Europe.
Our pop-up work spans takeover installations like the seven-metre inflatable bow we created for Huda Beauty in Dubai, exhibition landscapes such as Emirates Signature for the Ataya Exhibition in Abu Dhabi, and concept formats like DUST Café, a modular stone café developed from sketch to full CGI. Each project starts from the brand's codes and ends as a physical place people queue to photograph.
Because the studio works end to end — concept, art direction, CGI, production supervision — a pop-up designed by Dune arrives on site with no translation losses between the render and the build. We work from Dubai and Madrid and deliver across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Europe.
The studio's temporary work is documented as carefully as its permanent one: every installation is photographed and filmed on site, so a pop-up lives on as campaign content long after it closes.
Formats we design include brand takeovers, seasonal pop-ups, traveling activations, exhibition booths and concept cafés — always starting from the question of what the brand should make people feel when they walk in.

FAQ
We start with the brand codes and the site, develop a spatial concept, visualise it photorealistically in CGI for sign-off, and deliver technical documentation for production. Most pop-up projects run four to ten weeks from brief to installation.
We design and supervise production with trusted fabricators in the UAE and Europe. For projects like the Huda Beauty inflatable bow, produced with Bureau Béatrice, we carry the design from concept through production supervision to the installed piece.
Our temporary-format work spans events and temporary events, exhibitions and pop-ups — installations for Huda Beauty, Bulgari, a French luxury maison's Dubai flagship and the Ataya Exhibition in Abu Dhabi, alongside self-initiated concept formats such as DUST Café.
From our studios in Dubai and Madrid we deliver across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the wider GCC and Europe.
